Our Position on Content

FootMood Daily is a streaming aggregator and linking service. We do not host, upload, store, or transmit any audio, video, or multimedia content on our servers. All streams accessible through our platform are provided by and hosted on third-party servers. We merely provide an organized directory of links to content hosted elsewhere on the internet.

As a service provider under the DMCA, FootMood Daily qualifies for safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512. Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link(s).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content linked through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access to our platform for users or third-party providers who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
